To help support our teams in achieving our mission and long term vision, our management department provides hands on support for Educators on a daily basis. Our staff to child ratios are in line with the recommended national guidelines and our team also puts children first and foremost – health, special needs, individual interests, stimuli for personal growth, development and ensuring each child feels safe and secure.
